Initially,
the Desinova project was created with its
main objective to enhance innovative
capabilities and skills in Danish trade and
service companies. Each of these companies
were, within the scope of their respective
innovation projects, paired with at least
one design consultancy possessing the
relevant competences needed in the processes
of user-driven innovation.

and public customers. In collaboration with designers from Knud
Holsher, CSC has developed a new format for digital
management of four municipalities' real estate projects.

clients. In collaboration with the design firms livework, Move
Integrated Design, and People& Product, PFA laid the
cornerstone for improving the customer experience for A to Z.
